Once an individual is approved for coverage, Dexcom will be notified and will provide them with a customized pharmacy payment card. The card will be pre-programmed to apply their NLHS-approved coverage amount to purchases of Dexcom G6 CGM or G7 CGM supplies made at a pharmacy of their choice.
